The wine’s bouquet is a mix of tropical fruit fragrances, with hints of frangipani, white peach, Nashi pear and pine nuts. On the palate, this Pinot Gris reveals zesty fruit flavours including lemon pith, grapefruit, lemon sorbet and hints of ginger. The mid-palate is coated with a lovely touch of viscosity finishing with a bright citrus lift. This fruit-driven, organic white is a great accompaniment to light pasta and rice dishes.
