Are my details secure when ordering online?

Yes, Al Hamra Cellar uses the latest encryption technology. Payments for Click & Collect are processed by Emirates Payment Gateway the leading payment gateway provider in the UAE. Please be advised that Al Hamra Cellar does not have any access to your credit card details.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is an online eCommerce service that allows you to browse our selection of wines and spirits at your leisure, pay online and collect your order from our store. Al Hamra Cellar is located just 45 minutes from Dubai in Ras Al Khaimah.


How do I register and create an account so I can order via Click & Collect?

Simply click the “Login/Register” on the top menu bar and this will take you to the account registration page. Alternatively, when placing your first order at the time of “check out” you will be asked to “Register” and create an account.


Why should I register and create an account on for Click & Collect?

By registering and creating an “Account” on alhamracellar.com it will enable you to login quickly when placing orders, and your name, phone number and orders will be saved for future reference, next time you Click & Collect.


What do I do if I have problems logging in or creating an account for Click & Collect?

How will I know if my Click & Collect order has been processed?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Al Hamra Cellar , the order will also be saved in your Account/Order history. If you process an order and do not receive the confirmation email after payment please contact us at alhamral@mmi.ae


Where can I see my order history for Click & Collect?

If you click “My Account” on the top menu bar it will take you to your account dashboard. On the right side of the page is a menu bar. Simply click “Order” and it will display your order history.


What do I do if there is a problem during the order process for Click & Collect?

If I use Click & Collect, can someone else collect my goods?

Yes, the allocated person must bring a copy of the order confirmation upon collection.


If I order Click & Collect, when can my order be collected?

If you place your order by 3pm, you can collect the next day from Al Hamra Cellar. Please note that we will hold your order for up to 14 days.
When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you.


What if there is a problem during the order process?

Are all the products from the shop available online for Click & Collect?

What if items are missing from my Click & Collect order?

If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact our team within 12 hours of receiving your delivery at alhamral@mmi.ae


Do I need to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) when using Home Delivery or Click & Collect?

Yes, all orders are subject to 5% VAT, in compliance with UAE regulations.


Are the products authentic?

All products are 100% authentic, through the approved UAE distributor of your favorite international brands. They are transported and stored in climate-controlled conditions and we provide you with a quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with quality of a bottle please contact us at alhamral@mmi.ae


What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Al Hamra Cellar offers a 100% quality guarantee for any purchase you make online, in-store. If you have any concerns please contact our team and we will arrange a replacement product for you. You may be required to provide the product in question back to us to review for quality control purposes. Please contact us via alhamral@mmi.ae


How long will a refund take?

In the instance where you are eligible for a refund, this will be made to your credit/debit card and will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
