Click & Collect is an online eCommerce service that allows you to browse our selection of wines and spirits at your leisure, pay online and collect your order from our store. Al Hamra Cellar is located just 45 minutes from Dubai in Ras Al Khaimah.
Can someone else collect the goods?
Yes, the allocated person must bring a copy of the order confirmation.
Can you deliver my goods to me?
No, the delivery of alcohol in is not permitted under current UAE laws.
When can the order be collected?
Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and phone when your order is ready for collection.
We will hold your order for up to 14 days.
For next day collection, please place your order before 12pm.
When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you.
Al Hamra Cellar is open every day from 9am – 9pm.
