Monkey Shoulder is a blend of three Speyside Single Malts distilled in The Valley of the Dear. The maturation process and cask selection are the responsibilities of Malt Master David Stewart and his assistant, who select 27 casks for blending and further ageing. On its own it is smooth and rich, however this is a whisky that loves company and shows its versatility in cocktails.
