A creamy style which gives aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and a powdered ginger. It gives the impression of being a spice heavy egg custard tart. Going back to it we found that it had taken on a much more savoury note with curry spices like cumin and curry leaves. On the palate it gives a punch through the spice to give a juniper jolt to the tongue. All the spices from the nose club together to give a great Bombay Mix style finish.
