What is Click & Collect ?

Click & Collect is the ordering and collection process of the website.   It allows the customer time to browse their selection and pay for their order online. Under UAE law, we are unable to deliver. Al Hamra Cellar is located just 45 minutes from Dubai in Ras Al Khaimah.

Can someone else collect the goods ?

Yes, the allocated person must bring a copy of the order confirmation.

When can the order be collected ?

  1. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and phone call when it is ready for collection.
  2. We will hold your order for up to 7 days.
  3. For next day collection please put your order before 12pm.
  4. When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you – either printed or electronic.
  5. The shop is open every day from 9am – 9pm
